These are used parts, so normal wear and or corrosion can be expected due to the vehicle age location. If the new filter is not installed and transmission programmed to your vehicle, warranty voided.

Automatic transmissions must have a new filter installed and the transmission be programmed to your vehicle. All u-joints need to be replaced with new ones before you install the axle. All fluids must be replaced and the cooling lines flushed.

Engines and transmissions are shipped strapped down to a wood en pallet that is approximately 48 x 40 inches wide.
